Other reviewers said they had issues with the zipper, but I had no difficulty with it. I bought it because I was shipping frozen lobster tails and thermal shipping boxes are quite pricey. I needed something a little larger than a lunchbox, and this was a perfect size. The cooler fit perfectly inside a thick cardboard box, and with freezer packs and overnight shipping, the tails and some other items arrived still frozen. Plus instead of a thermal box they would probably just toss, the recipient also has a fantastic cooler now....makes a great gift!

leaked before we left the house, zipper is crap
put ice in cooler to head to the beach, it failed on 1st use. Leaked on counter before we left the house. Also, takes multiple tries to get the zipper to zip and get around the corners. Zipper looks broken, then have to force back to start over. Too bad I should not have trusted the other ratings, should not have purchased this item. We purchased a reusable grocery bag and that bag inside of this is the only way we were able to use this product, plus messing with the zipper multiple times to open and close.

Purchase was a gift for my sons friend who likes to take a cooler along when golfing. He really liked it. Well made, great price point at under $15.00 and the bottle opener was a nice bonus.

Roadtrip staple!
This works great! I took it on a roadtrip and with an ice pack along the bottom it kept my snacks/drinks/dog's meds cold for 15+ hour stretches! Total lifesaver.

Great cooler!
This a great cooler! Very big but not too big to use as a lunch bag daily. It can easily fit 4 meal prep containers, 2 drinks, and extra space for snacks and cold pack to keep everything cold. The seamless lining makes it completely waterproof on the inside too. Definitely a great buy!
