Well made lock for securing trailers
Lock with two keys, made to secure the trailer's hitch which locks down on the tow bars ball. Secures the latch from opening while going down the highway and stops would be thieves from just unlatching the latch and running off with your trailer.

Simple. Effective
I am using this on a trailer coupler. It replaces a lock that covered the bottom part of the coupler that was always a challenge to take off. This works nice with multiple "clicks" as it locks so it fits over different sizes.

Provides security
Nicely made and sturdy. It needed a bit of lubrication as I was not able to easily lock the lock without turning the key. After a bit of libricant it worked fine

Product arrived in rusty condition.
Product arrived and was rusty. Very poor quality for what is identified as a Stainless Steel product. A much higher standard and quality is expected from a manufacturer like Reese. I like may others, don't mind paying a few extra bucks for quality. Switching back to brass for its corrosion resistant properties, Reese #7005300.

Not Bad
I bought this as a lock for my RV tongue. It fits well. It's nice, but looks a little on the cheap side. It's probably an import. I liked to idea of a keys lock instead of the pickable round cylinder lock. Overall it seems to perform well and the stainless steel is always a good idea, but I eventually opted of a more weather proof, stronger lock from Master instead. Remember that a tongue lock does not prevent the theft of your RV by itself. Yes, it may be a deterrent, but one simple has to use your chains to haul your locked RV away. The only good way to prevent theft is to attach a device on the wheel of your RV to make it impossible to move. Yes, if someone really wanted your RV and had enough time, they could remove even a tire clamp, but it's much harder than stealing an Rv with just a simple tongue lock.

Best hitch lock
Bought to replace one I have had for about 15 years. Works great. Virtually theft proof. An occasional shot of WD40 will make it last a good long time.
