i was trying to buy a cheap but decent system and have 40 dollars in two 10 inch audiobahn subs /39 for this box and 72 for an ssl 2400 watt mono amp free shipping for all on amazon and it sounds way better than the memphis amp and subs i bought brand new for 500 dollars cant go wrong with amazon this box was very easy to put together and has detailed instructions and sounds great what more can you ask for it hits harder than my memphis pr 12s so im happy

I was a little skeptical at first, but for twenty bucks I had to try it. When I unpacked it, the box is made of MDF and about 1/2" thick. All pieces of the box are carpeted, even the ports! That can be considered both good and bad as a carpeted port will reduce resonances but also cause added turbulence and reduce air flow.So, glue the box well and screw it together in extra places. There is a side that has several "pieces" that are part of a larger wall and need to be secured well. I let it all dry overnight then I went inside the box and caulked all the mounting joints in all areas of the box.I installed two SSL Slade subwoofers that were originally in a generic sealed box that I ported running off of 1800W RMS. This box was hitting 136 DB on a Term Lab. These have an excursion of 2"+ and move lots of air and are already broken in. I mounted them inverted in the new box since the wire connectors are protruding slightly into the mounting area and I did not want to cut the box hole wider. The box went into the trunk of my car and the back seats fold down to allow the sound to come through.So how does it sound? It actually sounds very good! It added considerable punch to these woofers and the SPL has increased. I have not tested it yet for SPL, but I do know it went up.All in all, this was a good investment and built well for twenty bucks. It does the job well and I would not hesitate to buy another one.

Let me just say this first. Im very critical when it comes to quality of products and how crappy stuff is these days. This item here IS WORTH EVERY PENNY AND MUCH MORE!!! I couldnt be more satisfied with the quality of this kit. Now for a do it yourself speaker box kit i was very leary because of the price but WOW it came with glue, screws, instructions AND speaker terminals!!! The quality is amazing, they use true 3/4" MDF in this kit and decent speaker terminals. Putting it together took like 20 mins tops. YOU MUST LET THE GLUE CURE FOR 2 DAYS before installing the speakers. Its common sense unless you want it to fall apart later. I also recommend using silicone sealant to seal up all the inside seems. It helps with rattles and whistles and its just good practice. Anyways i give this item my personal car audio enthusiest seal of approval. I WILL BE ORDERING ANOTHER AGAIN LATER

First ported box I have ever owned it has good sound to me had two 250w 10s installed and was hitting 117dbs in a 2015 Kia with the stock head unit in lots of glue and screws included and simple instructions you will need a power drill as it is a a lot of screws

Bought this because it was cheap and I regret it cause now I have to buy another sub box non of the parts fit together making it rattle it’s not worth it build your own box or buy one that’s already built

great budget box. really makes my lanzar max pro 10d4 pound. if your worried about mounting depth dont. its a really deep box. its got everything you need to put it together. predrilled holes for your screws and good thick mdf. glue works great. just give it overnight to seal the box. i put mine 2gether and even did the seams after the box was put 2gether and still had some glue left over. so all in all a great box. just remember you have to put it together.just to let everyone know since it doesnt state on here this box is 1.1 cubic feet per sub and tuned at 40 hertz.
