Not a stainless steel but silver coloured iron
It is average stand which does the job. The bar on the top of the paper won't roll, but you can remove the paper without much issue.Biggest concern it is not stainless steel, rather it is iron (strong magnetic attraction) with simple coating of silver paint. Once the paint wears off, it will start rusting.It is decent product but over priced for sure given that it is just made of iron.
