Helpful for GERD
Was told to put blocks under my mattress - we'd just bought an Eve memory foam after so much saving, and no way was I gonna mess it up by doing that.Got this and, while it does take some getting used to sleeping on, there's no denying it alleviates my symptoms drastically from a standard pillow.

Can't use
Bought this to elevate me whilst sleeping but I just slide down and sleep at the bottom of it so a waste of money

soft and firm
I really like this purchase to help my elevate my upper body on nights that I feel my sinus is wonky. I place the pillow wedge on my bed, then I put my own pillow, and it is all good. I sleep well and no post nasal drip in the morning. Good investment. I do not use it all the time because I do hate sleeping on my back. For naps, this is the most comfortable. When I hurt my back a little, this helps alleviate that pain too. The wedge still has its shape and firmness, so yes, it is really good.

Good quality material.
It was so hard to remove from that rounded package. It still has some wrinkles on it. As for comfort it ishard on the neck, and difficult to sleep on my back, but I bought it because I'm a side sleeper with a shoulder injury. I will have to get used to it.

Great during pregnancy, but also for GERD and congestion - even if you're a side sleeper!
I purchased this product due to being a side sleeper, and constantly waking up on my back. I am currently in my 3rd trimester of pregnancy, so back sleeping is not good. Since receiving this product, not only has it made turning from one side to another much easier, but has also made getting up out of bed easier as well. Not to mention, I've hardly woken on my back since, so instead of only getting 20-30 minute streches of sleep (as my body would wake me every time I was on my back), I am now getting at least 2-3hr stretches of sleep now. What is also great, is I already suffer from GERD, which is much worse in pregnancy, so this has helped a significant amount with that as well (and I'm sure it will afterward as well). I'm sure this will also help significantly when I get a cold.Note: The first night, it did take me a little while to get used to being elevated while sleeping, but it made a world of difference even in that first night. I was worried I would wake with a kink in my neck or a headache (especially being a side sleeper), but every morning that has not been the case at all.

12 inch wedge Not comfortable for sleeping on side
I purchased the 12 inch deep wedge to deal with acid reflux. It's okay for a person who sleeps on his/her back, but I'm more comfortable sleeping on my side, therefore need a pillow to support my neck. I'm finding that I keep sliding down the wedge. In hindsight I should have probably purchased the wedge with a little less depth.

Must have
What the snap!! This this is bloody amazing. Not kiddin'. I throw it on my bed when I want to prop myself up to watch tv or write my journal or read. It is more comfortable than my couch. In fact I got rid of my couch. I literally don't use it anymore. My lazy boy doesn't compare either. I'd throw it out too but it's the only chair I have left. lol. I don't have back issues or anything so I can't comment on it. But my mystress loves it because it's the only pillow she's comfortable using being 7 months pregnant and all.
