Decent for the money.
Functionally they’re perfect. Installation was simple and straightforward. Free advice: Take the grille off. It only takes a minute and makes installing these much easier. Also, don’t forget to steal the rubber rests off your old hood latches. Would have given 5 stars, but the black finish is uneven on one and downright buggered on the other.

Nice item
Great high quality item only complain which is not actually complaint is that if you have larger hands removing the lower bolt on the vehicle to get the lower assembly attached just a little awkward but we're still only took about 20 minutes

It comes loose
Good idea it kept losening up and coming apart on the freeway lock tight helped the s ball bearing came out of the closing arm had to put a ring in it

Junk
Complete garbage. The pins quit working after 2 months. Hood almost lifted up going down the highway. Had to zip tie them down and ordered a different set today. Don’t purchase.

Very strong
Just as pictured, very sturdy, the factory ones broke several times and did not hold my hood down tight. These work great, just as I hoped they would.

After install and adjusted made sure you tighten lock nuts
I used them to add extra locking for hood on my 2008 Dodge Ram 3500

I really like how much tighter my hood is. They are very sturdy Nd the quality is great. Very easy to install as well. I would purchase from this seller again.
