Flannel rice filled bag. I bought it to be used cold but I learned that rice does not retain cold as well as other material so I will be using it for heat in the future. The flannel is soft, and the bag is well made. It’s compact and very inexpensive.

I've loved this and have been using it almost every day. This week I've been shocked to find the fabric wearing thin, and seeds falling out. I've had two similar items before and both lasted me 5-10 years.

My wife suffers from migraine headaches and needs total dark when sleeping. She has always had a rice bag for over 30 years. When they wore out it due to use, we were looking for a comparable one; not too large or heavy. I discovered this particular rice bag three years ago and ordered it. She wore it out with use! This bag is a replacement and one she will use multiple times per week for napping or that headache when the weather changes. It is well made and the perfect size and weight. Never mind the price is fantastic.

It meets the need as a bed warmer. Could use a little more rice in the bag, its pretty loose and separates if trying to use as a heating pad.

I had to resew this after my second use. I tried to put it back into the bag that it came in and the stitching unraveled. It helps my headache somewhat. The aromatherapy rice bags work better.

My wife loves it and uses it every day even though the heat doesn't last very long.

I’ve purchased two now, one for heat, one to keep in the freezer, because they work so well for pain relief. I specifically use mine for chronic headaches and neck pain, my spouse uses it for general muscle pain.
