EcoGecko Magic Ball -Light Up Air Washer & Revitalizer, Aroma Oil Diffuser with 10ML Lavender Oil, Green

Looks nice, pretty colors, quite. Doesn't really do what I bought it for. My brother has a different brand that you can really see how it makes a difference in your air quality. The room air is cleaner and you see the junk pulled out of the air by how dirty the water gets.

This is NOT a humidifier. It IS an air cleaner. The product description that says humidifier on Amazon is WRONG. The EcoGecko 75692 removes dust & indoor air contaminants, refreshes approximately 600 sq. ft with therapeutic aromas, disinfects and deodorizes the surrounding area. Daily, I rinse it well with warm water and dry it with a clean cloth, fill to the water line with tap water. I use disposable food handling plastic gloves when dispensing 3-4 drops of 100% pure essential oil in the water. Essential Oils should be kept away from children. Some can burn or cause serious skin irritation. Essential oils are very powerful and should be used with proper education and in safe amounts. I use a variety of essential oils: I alternate and use in combination depending on what I want to accomplish specifically. Google Essential Oil Diffuser Disinfectants to get ideas. Tea Tree, Eucalyptus and Elemi are said to be good also as decongestants. Amyris is said to be a good antiseptic and sedative. At Christmas, you can put essential oil of Spruce to smell like a Christmas tree or orange, cinnamon, and spruce for a sweet, spicy Christmas blend. I've had mine since Nov. 2014. I wash the sucker as shown in the instructions when I see it needs cleaning. I use a clean cloth to grip the sucker to pull it off the top of the cover - that part takes a bit of strength. I love the benefits of diffusing essential oils.

We were hoping this would be something we could use as humidifier in our newborn's nursery. It is not a humidifier. It is a tiny motor connected to an agitator that simply spins in the water. I am sure there is some about of increase in humidity, but it is so negligible that it wasn't worth the electricity to run it. It would have been just as helpful to put a bowl of water in his room. As for the construction, it is made of very cheap plastic. This is one of the worst purchases we have ever made from amazon. We ultimately replaced this overpriced "humidifier" with one from walgreens for $20.

I agree with other reviews here. All the device seems to do it swirl water around. Despite the dry indoor air the water level did not go down, so it does not provide humidity at all.

This worked for a little while and just stopped spinning the water. I tried unplugging and leaving it alone but it still doesn't work. Tried contacting seller but to no avail.

I did not wash the air. It didnt do anything except make a water sound . Poor design. I returned for a full refund.

I bought 4 of them had one at my office, two in my home gave one to my son. Loved them until the first time I took one apart to clean!!!! MOLD big time, around the little fan - uncleanable, nasty. All were trashed. :( disappointed.
