Ceramic Coals
I am a gas coal effect) fire novice . Just rented a house with one and my sister said I should have more coals in the fire than was alread there as it would throw out more heat, so I ordered these .. and low and behold yes it not only looks better but works better too .. they seem to do the job so no complaints. They arrived quickly also so well done to the supplier

Worked fine but told by gas service engineer not allowed to use them as they are not approved by fire manufacture. Fire has gas switched off untilapproved coals are fitted, (@ £75 a pack ! ).

Gas fire face lift
I bought these as part of the replacement coals required for a facelift of my gas fire.Take care with installation and should last as long as originals.

Look realistic
I read a number of reviews saying that these coals were small but I found them just the right size. I bought two packs which fills the area well and the random shapes make it look realistic. The glow from beneath is really good.

Like them, but .............
Not enough coals for my money and need more, more more! ie not cost effective and I will need to see how long they last but in the meantime, look natural and give a nice glow.
