Don't think twice, go for it.
** Pros **Kudos to the thoughtful seller for sending the belt in "straight posture as in pic without folding it" in a huge carton with loads of Plastic Air Cushion Bags. The seller packaging was amazing.I bought Size Small and it fits my 33 waist perfectly. The velcro sticks nicely. Can tighten as much as one wants - no issues. The velcro holds well.Belt Material Quality is robust - hard & strong enough to sustain proper back posture.Its pretty good. I have used it in one gym session and lifted heavy weights without hurting my back. It provides proper form.Looking at it, i am sure it will last me a few years (3yrs+) easily, if not a lifetime.At Rs. 670, it was a good buy for me.** Cons **Not really a con - But its a straight belt (like in pic) @ hard and strong back support - so cant be folded @storage.But can be neatly hung in almirah @ Belt Velcro.Although one might find it uneasy to carry to the gym @ big/ straight belt.

Thank you for a product that is reliable and durable. Used it today for the first time and was amazed at the difference. Last week I almost hurt my back at the gym doing squats with 60 kgs. Ordered this and used it, ended up doing squats with 75kgs and didn't feel a thing.Was a little worried avout the size. As it just managed to fit me. I can still fit my palm between the belt and my waist when the belt is on but it worked well. My waist is 30 and I ordered small size.

Size is different from chart
Good product but one should be careful about the size. Occasionally it doesn't match with the chart.

If your waist size is 35" and below u should buy small size
The media could not be loaded. Good material, it will give good support to back while lifting weight, I buy this product at 608 Rs(small size), as for me this product is value for money

Not up to the marks. Comes out when deadlifting heavy weight. But is ok for moderate weights n supports Lumber very well. If you lift 200kg+ weight, this product is not for you

Its a good product.
Well there is nothing I dislike about it but I had to storten the strap even though its xtra small size. My waist is really skinny so this is the closest fit I colud ever find so there i wont complain.And the built quality is really good and the strap works fine and supports the back nicely.

Even XS is large enough for 32"
I bought Small size and initially I felt it tight enough for 32” but during heavy dead lift I used to feel like it’s very large so I ordered XS but that is also large for 32” because we need it very tight during dead lift, for me it should be around 29". I would not recommend you to go with these variants which are limited to a range of waist size. Go with free size if you don’t want to waste your money.
