Love these massage balls. The length of the rope is good - not too long and not too short. The balls are of decent size - not too big nor too small. Just perfect to complement my home physical therapy.

using to hit trigger points on over tight shoulder muscle. the attached string makes it much easier to hit and hold the ball on the trigger point vs having a lacrosse ball slip or drop. at this point, the product causes pain which is the whole point of trigger work. In time, as the muscles loosen and I regain mobility, the pain should decrease.

It took me a while to find these, but I'm so glad I did! The balls are hard which gives me great deep massages. And, the string helps me relax by me not trying not to drop the ball. Very happy :-)

I love these, especially the spikey one! After a few minutes of setting it up against a wall and pushing/rolling my back into it I get a bunch of relief.

Works to hit that spot under my shoulder blade that I can’t get daughter or husband to press hard enough on. 1/3 the price of similar tool at sporting goods store!

This is great -- it's basically like a hard tennis ball but with a rope so you can keep it from falling and adjust the position. Great investment. The rope is similair to a bungee cord and seems really sturdy and not prone to stretching out
