Got the product in open condition spoke to the customer service immediately and made the delivery boy speak to her as wellThere is a bill for 3600 in the packaging while I have been charged more than 5100, the batteries are already in the device looks like it has been used. As try to open to see if it works , the kilogrammes function does not work. What good is a weighing machine if it cannot tell the weight. Most horrible piece of trash.
