TENA Super Briefs have added absorbency for moderate to heavy incontinence and feature the InstaDri Skin-Caring System that employs new technology to help keep wearers drier and help maintain their skin integrity. A new transfer layer allows fluid to almost instantly enter the dual core and the Dry-Fast Dual Core technology wicks fluid away from the skin, trapping it into the lower core. Strategic placement of super-absorbent polymers improves fluid absorption where it’s most needed.

User might need a poise pad as well as the diaper.
It’s good for all night protection for the wearer, however, it’s not absorbant enough for a well-hydrated patient without a supplemental incontinance pad inside the diaper.

I like the product very much. Fit is good and they help me alot. Will buy again. I did appreciate that they came a week earlier than expected.

The best I have found yet!
I have problems with finding adult diapers that do not leak during the night. This is the absolute best! A little bigger and bulkier but so worth it!

The straps are re align-able which is great. Not a fan of the Outside material though. Quality besides that though
