We have a successful massage business that specializes in quiet work that includes working with post cancer patients and migraine sufferers. A new leasing company, that is in control of the large unfinished space next door to our business, recently leased to a workout studio. We couldn't make them understand that this was a bad idea and that it could put us out of business. (The walls are thin and the noise is incredible) I used this little recorder to get accurate recordings of classes and when played as proof of the ridiculous sound levels of the instructor and the music, we got our point across! So far we haven't used it as much as I thought we would. But it is easy to use and compact.

This is a quality voice recorder. I've bought others in the past that had a static noise in the background, and only recorded till a certain time frame but this one, you can hear what you recorded very crisp and clear even from a feet away!I will totally recommend this to someone who needs to catch a person lying, or for evidence.Or even to record yourself so you don't forget things planned for the day, like grocery shopping! I will definitely buy again. Its also sturdy doesn't look like it will fall apart easily if you mistakenly drop it.

I bought two of these. The sound quality is not that great and It can barely pick up the sound. I have to turn it up really loud on my pc to try and make out what was being said. But my biggest complaint is the battery life. It barely lasts two hours when recording. No where near 10 as advertised. Not happy with this product I am going to try and return it for a refund.

It is a neat little recorder for the price. Looks nice but feels cheap. Biggest drawback is that once you play the record button to start recording, it takes about 20 seconds saying "please wait" before it actually starts recording. I don't know about you, but thats automatically a no from me.

The voice recorder is not good for recording but is only good for downing music. If you want a good voice recorder go to a other recorder that has what you want but not this one if like download music.

i used this to record one of my classes (my Japanese 101 class if anyone cares) after i got permission, and this thing is great. the recorder gets the audio you want, and also when people ask questions i can hear them too. it doesn't pick up background noise really, but it does get voices clearly and overall it's great. the screen is great and it's easy to figure out the controls. i'm really happy with this.

It's kind of my fault that I've stopped paying much attention in my lectures so I decided to purchase this to record my lectures. Now I sit up front so it's closer to my professor and records clearer. I've noticed that if I sit too far in the back, the voice recorder doesn't pick up on what he's saying or it comes out choppy so I need to sit somewhere in the front 5 rows. This is a huge class of 500+ students so I don't really blame the recorder for not being able to pick up the sounds all the way from the back.So far the 8GB storage has been way more than enough for me to record 4 lectures and get home to transfer it onto my computer. I'll definitely recommend this to any university or high school student that doesn't pay attention in class and would like to listen to lectures once they get home.
