I am a beginner with crocheting and within the last week I began watching tutorials and making a ton of stuff! I was using my mom's hooks and really wanted a little kit of my own. There were many to choose from, but I'm really happy with this one. I font knit, so I didn't need a kit with all the knitting needles as well. This one has everything I need with a large variety of hooks in different sizes, scissors, stitch markers, thread needles, tape measurer, and more. I haven't figured out the counter tool yet, but I will work in that. The case is really cute and looks just like the picture. It's an open case with just the one large pocket so everything fits nicely. I'm so happy I now feel like I really belong to the crochet family. This is a great price for everything you need, especially for a beginner, but even for someone who has been crocheting for years. My mom liked it a lot too and she has been at it for over 40 years. The grips on the hooks are nice and easy to work with. The hooks themselves slide nicely through the yarn. They are marked with sizes by millimeters. I am very pleased with this purchase.

Great crocheting kit. The crochet hooks are comfortable to use. The needles included, have various sized holes, so they can accommodate different yarn thicknesses. The only drawback to the pouch that the kit comes in, has a zipper that gets stuck, but when you keep working with it, will eventually close.

These are very good price. They are a bit smaller in hand grip. If you have a larger project your working on, you may wanna go traditional. I took photos actual size. For the value for smaller projects they would be awesome. Plus you get alot of great accessories with it, you Normally buy separate. Thats exceptional.

i purchased of these kits for my wife and here friend ,both are happy with it , the build quality is great and the hook head are made of metal and not a cheap plastic ,the handling and the design of the hooks are very comfortable to use , for me personally a simple things like a thank you card give a nice touch and i value these simple things

Every thing is great!! But I got the wrong bag color. I ordered a green bluish bag but got a pink one instead. It isn’t a big deal but I just want to point out that people should get specifically what they ordered. The crochet sticks feel comfortable and don’t slip easily.

I have trouble with my hands cramping so I bought this set to give me a little more handle to hold on to. I'm just learning so I'm not a good judge of these crochet hooks. But so far I like them and it seems everything you need is in this set. A stitch guide would be a nice added feature to the set to really make it complete.

I was so excited to get these but immediately noticed one had a large chunk of the plastic missing from the base of the handle with the metal showing through. Later when I was crocheting with a different hook the yarn kept getting stuck on the throat and I needed tweezers to pull it free. I checked and on 4 different hooks there were small rough bumps that traps yarn. It makes those 4 hooks unusable.It's a bummer because I really like these. The handles are comfortable, lots of great notions but having 5 hooks with serious defects well obviously that's a major problem.I've e-mailed the companies customer service and am waiting to hear back from them but I'm sure I'll end up returning them and trying a different brand.If you decide to buy these anyway I suggest that when you get them you inspect all of the hooks for the rough spots because you don't want to find out later when it's too late to return them.

I am a beginner & this is my first set of crochet needles and I'm so excited to get home and start a new project! There are SO MANY pieces, I don't even know what they all are for, but I guess I'll find out! Everything fits nicely into the little clutch, and even came with a nice Thank You card! Love it
