Good balls. Great price! Highly recommended.
Seems verygood--as good, or better, than the ones at the gym. However, if you use the included "straw" to inflate, as you take the straw out, the ball deflates a little bit before you can stick the pin in. So, it NEVER gets completely full---however, it is perfectly fine for exercises (and, my wife puts one behind her back when sitting---it really helps prevent her prior back pain).

INFO
I ordered these balls to use for exercising my leg after knee replacement surgery. They are the right size and texture the only draw back was that they did not come with any instructions on how to inflate. We finally figured out that the white piece of plastic was a plug. You had to figure out how to remove it, then insert straw or insert fitting from air pump to inflate, then quickly reinsert white piece of plastic before loosing too much air.

My barre workouts have been saved!
I purchased these for my at-home barre workouts to level-up some of the exercises. I like that this set came with 2 different sized balls. Overall the exercise balls worked great. It held the air in and stayed pretty firm about every use. The only down size is, it didn't come with a mini pump - just a straw to fill the balls up. Thank goodness, I still had my pump for my large exercise ball, which helped a lot.

I like it, but it smells. But I like it. Sort of like when I first met my husband.
Okay here is the scoop...from MY perspective.I have been teaching functional movement and Pilates for about 17 years. I own a Pilates studio (11 yrs) and we need a few additional "over balls" to add to our set we currently have, because of larger class sizes, etc... Our current brand discontinued the ball we love...its completely non toxic, no smell. I'm sad we cannot purchase them any longer. So ever since this, I have been on the hunt...which brings me here to this review...Con:This ball has a smell...not as bad as another I recently ordered to try out, but it does have a bit of a toxic smell that I am trying to air out/off gas right now. This is one of the reasons why it is not getting 5 stars. The ball could be a little less thick, but maybe not? It DOES seems squishy enough for it to mold to the curves of the lumbar spine or thoracic spine or other parts of the body like the sacrum, between the knees, etc...so maybe it will be just fine and the thickness will not be a problem. We shall see. But it IS more on the squishy side.Pros:Fast delivery. Proper description. A great price. Great color-light/med silver/...no tacky bright colors to distract from a calming atmosphere in the studio. No logo or writing on it. Love that!*FYI...on a side note, I have read countless reviews on different brands of these types of balls...and some people prefer a thicker ball...keep in mind that might be weight related. I like the moldability of this ball and other "thinner" ones that many claim are "cheaply" made. From my perspective they are not necessarily cheaper...they are just a different breed. A breed you might need. if you are taller or heavier, especially for guys, you might consider getting a thicker ball...however for what I see for most of our clients (mostly women, average age 30-70) is that these balls that mold to the body (thinner ones) are better and not too painful (pain can be caused by putting too much pressure on various body regions), and the thinner ones are not too restrictive or even unstable...the thicker ones may require too much balancing for a lighter person as opposed to a heavier person. In a nutshell...Women and average weight people should go for a more squishy (thinner) ball.Men or heavier people should maybe consider a thicker ball.IMHOHope this info helps! Good luck to everyone and hope you train your body safely and mindfully.Take care, Rebecca#kindnessmatters #bekindtoyourbody

Exactly what I wanted!
I was looking for very specific pilates balls to use in my yoga classes. It was actually the "cons" other reviewers stated that led me to these as their cons were my pros! They are firmer and smaller than most pilates balls and are two different sizes. I did not experience the smell. So, maybe that has been fixed over time. For what I am using them for, they are absolutely perfect!

Silver Sneakers Hand-held Exercise Balls
Great accessory to my workout! These are the smallish 7" "sticky balls" that are used in Silver Sneakers, easy to hold on to and do a great job with coordination. I love that I can deflate and pack for travel (as long as I remember to bring the straw and the plug to blow them back up). Went through several other balls that were smooth and not as grippy, and these are ideal!
