I've had better, but this isn't terrible
This is an okay mic clip. The clip itself is a sort of rubber/plastic texture, and grips the microphone fine for the mic being placed in a position much like the product's picture. The only issue I've had is when mic'ing my amp or live jams. I sometimes have to put the clip in a sideways position or even have the mic facing vertically down. For the most part it held the mic alright, on a couple occasions the mic still slipped out. I know this is partly because of the stranger positions I have to put the mic in, this is due to the limitations of my recorder and minimizing distortion, but I've had clips in the past that held a tighter and more secure grip on the microphone regardless of the position I put it in. Most people who buy this will find it completely suitable for their needs. I myself have had the mic slip out when placing it in different positions and feel this is at least worth mentioning.

Good mic clips for a good price
I purchased several of these based upon the cost. I believe that I received a good product for a good price. Like some of the other reviews, yes, when the clips arrived they seemed to be a little small. However, my Shure and Sennheiser mics as well as a few of my other similar sized mics fit snugly but just fine. I expect the clips to loosen up over time. I actually like the fact that the mics fit snuggly and unless you're a Karaoke KJ or an act that has the mic taken on and off the stand frequently, I consider the snug fit a plus. I definitely recommend this product.

Had to Wiggle It In But Does the Job.
It was a tight squeeze with my Audio Technica 2100 but it is secure. I don't know how to gauge the thickness of a mic. I think if I had seen it in a store I would have had a better sense if this was too small or wide. You are not going to really know until you use it on your microphone.

More flexible than the hard plastic clips and less likely to break. I have several of these and they hold up very well in semi pro use.

pleasantly surprised
I bought this mainly for the threaded part that attaches to a mic stand, but I bought three, so I could use at least one for regular mics. I was pleasantly surprised with how heavy and solid this mic clip is. I expected cheap light weight plastic that would crack easily. The mic clip part is like very heavy, stiff rubber. It's flexible enough to flex and hold the mic, but not brittle like I thought it would be.

perfect if your taking your mics on and off all ...
Very durable unlike the old ones i had... these are made to flex a little. perfect if your taking your mics on and off all the time.

Works fine
It is exactly what it says it is but my microphone that I'm using is almost to big for it. I bought the NADY SP-4C Dynamic Microphone because it's the cheapest non-crap microphone I could find from amazon as well as this clip for it and it is a very snug fit but in the end I got it to fit and now I don't have to worry about it to much.

It works, but...
It's very flexible like a hard rubber, so it's not like any other mic clip I've ever used. I'm a gigging musician with 30 years experience. It works, but not as solid as a hard plastic clip.
