I didn't buy this for wound care, but rather for acne issues. I'm dealing with hormonal acne in my middle 30's and this stuff is helping tremendously. I wasn't expecting results in less than 24 hours but that is exactly what happened. That inflamed, red, sore, itchy, achy feeling that acne gives you can be relieved with BerbereX. I spray it on the trouble area, allow it to sink in my skin ( it dries very quickly) and then resume my normal moisturizing regimen. By the third day, not only was a problem area on my face cleared up, but sun spots on that side of my face were dramatically reduced. It has also helped with the tone and texture of my skin...even reduced a laugh line on my cheek! Now my teenage son who is dealing with onset acne is using it and it is also helping him. A little spray goes a long way and I can tell the bottle is going to last me a while, making the price justifiable. It's a product I highly recommend and I will be purchasing more in the future!

I was having complications with my wounds healing after 3:surgeries in 3mlnths. Once the bandages came off I used this and in 3 days the wounds closed up. The spray pump is awesome got getting into those unreachable spots

Works great but it is a bright yellow so will get on clothing.

I have piercings all over my face and ears, and nothing has ever worked better for them than this product. it can easily clear up minor infections, issues with swelling and random bleeding, and even issues with drainage and fluid buildup. i have a particularly fussy nostril piercing that fairly regularly ends up with infections and abscesses, and using BerbereX on it twice a day for two to three days once i notice an issue always always ALWAYS clears it up and makes it feel better. I'm pretty sure I avoided several nose bumps and keloids because of it, and my piercing looks like its never been infected at all. it's worked the same magic for both my nipple piercings and all my ear piercings. highly recommend if you have any cartilage piercings or any other piercings that will take 3+ months to heal, because regular saline solution just cant do what this does!

We used this stuff after my sons bilateral hip surgery. It will stain yellow. But it worked great. No infections or anything.

I think it's probably a good product but the spray doesn't work well at all. It comes out in little globs and is messy. I'm going to transfer to another bottle. I'm dealing with some wounds on my legs from a fall in the house, legs are swollen and the skin just seemed to open up in places. Drains clear fluid. I clean with baby shampoo then pat dry and spray this product on, let it dry then bandage. I'm hoping that over time as the swelling in my legs goes down, the skin will gradually heal. This product makes it more comfortable under the dressings .I'm 84 and I guess things could be a lot worse.
