These bulbs are 2 star energy ratings out of 5. This information is not shown in the product display. This will definitely be better than 20 Watts CFL. The 2 star energy ratings means that for 20 Watts of energy consumed these bulbs will not produce enough lumens, that is the reason why I gave 3 stars rating.

Good but only one problem that maybe caused by delivery or packing stage.
I ordered 3set of this package(pack of 4). I installed 12bulbs right after delivered.Very bright! that's my expectation.However, one thing I need to share. one of 12bulbs started flicker again and again..then went off.For me, asking return all 12bulbs and waiting more days is cumbersome.Therefore, I just remained comments in this way."they are very bright but one of them is poor quality!"
