Once sent correct order it was brilliant
My order was originally mixed up, but I contacted them and they immediately sent out the correct soles along with a prepaid postage envelope to send the wrong ones back.The glue bit was simple, although I never found the textured applicator.My only issue was that the glue didn't come with a lid and I had to fashion my own stopper.

Good basic product.
Bought to repair a very expensive pair of sandals. Used my own glue, but these soles seem to be working well. Just be very careful when trimming them to fit the shoes.
