True as it said.. immediate relief of back strain in my lumbar region. I spend a lot of time in the office and I have back pain. I was a little skeptical that a brace could really do anything to help. I was amazed! I love that it has the wrap around straps that give extra support and secures the belt. I’ve recently bought this back support belt for women and already see some improvements in correcting my posture and helping me with my back pain. The belt is also very comfortable and I can wear it under my clothes. Top qualityI really like my new back brace. I chose this belt because the back part is much wider than my old one ... and yes you can feel the difference. The first time I set my belt around my back, I was tempted to pull the 4 blades off, but I realized that they are essential to keeping your back straight. I have pain issues due to degenerative disc disease in my spine. I can say, with all confidence, that you will not be disappointed with this back brace and you will be impressed by the quality of this belt. Love it!

Love this brace! I have 3 herniated discs and suffer from degenerative disc disorder and si joint dysfunction. This helps support and takes away about 80% of the pain while wearing it. The only down side is I’ve only have it for about 4 months and the Velcro no longer holds as it should. Hoping to find new Velcro to sew into it as I can’t afford another brace at this time.

The velcro is not not strong enough for an active person. Fix this and I think it would be an excellent product.

To small to use the elastic band doesn't stretch to get around your waist and if your short like me the middle part is to wide. I tried to use it once but was unable to even use it the whole day because it wouldn't stay on.

I bought one for my back and its a very good Lumbar support. I have tried all kinds of braces but this one keeps my spine aligned comfortabley all day. Plus the three accessories that can be used at any time. Its thin enough to wear under clothing unless you're wearing something that clings to you and then its pretty noticeable. The material seems sturdy, yet it flexes nicely if you have to reach down for something. This belt is better than I expected.

Too big and still didn’t stay put. The Velcro is weak at best. We returned it.
