The xt3 is weather sealed, as is the XH1, XT2, PRO 2, HOWEVER YOU need to use weather sealed lenses to enable full weather sealing otherwise water will get through the camera lens mpount. hemse the reason that one poster had water on their sensor.

How long is the battery duration if i make videos in full hd and how long is the battery duration if i make video in 4k?

I have only used the X-T3 to make videos in 4K. I would say about 45 minutes of run time - but that's switching the camera on and off maybe a dozen times between shots during a two hour video session. I have always changed the battery before it gets too low so I can't be precise about how long it lasts. The Fuji battery is famous for not lasting very long - I suggest you buy a couple of off-brand spares as back-up. I bought a couple of Patona batteries and they function flawlessly.

If there's one must have lens what is it?

It is too early for me say which would be a must-have lens for the FujiFilm X-T3 camera since it came with a kit Fujinon lens of 18-55mm XF only. The results that I am getting from shooting with this lens are truly excellent all-round, and do justice to the highly-praised and distinctive colours that FujiFilm is known for. I suggest that you also try some forums and other websites that discuss best suitability of glass for this superb camera.
