For the sweet and sour lovers!
Wow! These are delish! The perfect amount of sweet and sour! Had to stash a little in my auto for long drives. I never cared much for the taste of ginger growing up.I grew up not liking the taste of finder, learned to like it once I tasted it at the sushi bar... Now I love it! Found my first bag at Costco when it was about finished went to purchase another bag and they didn’t have anymore. :/ went online and found it on Amazon. It’s good stuff!

It’s ginger root
I purchased these to eat a bite or so daily to help with the 15 or so different things ginger does and after about a week I don’t see a major difference but as far as the actual product I like it.The are not very sweet just enough to barely cut the spicy ness of the ginger root. They are soft and easy to chew.

Great product; questionable product description
Great product, one of the best buys available. Occasionally one gets a rooty piece, but I have found that happens in almost all uncrystallized ginger (except maybe Buderim, which isnt available over here)I do want to note, though, that the seller's description is a wee bit misleading:"Paradise Green Premium Quality Dried Fruit Family Size Pack" (quoted on 2/21/21)"Premium Quality" does not appear anywhere on the package, nor does "Family Size Pack", nor does the phrase "Dried Fruit"Also, some reviewers are mentioning sugar content. My understanding is that sugar is required to create uncrystallized ginger (so that if one is avoiding sugar, one must avoid uncrystallized ginger). What might be more relevant is the source of the sugar used. Is it cane sugar, refined sugar, etc. It is cane sugar in this product (and most similar ones I have tried).

There IS sugar added to this product.
I really wanted to love these. The product itself tastes great but for something that says on the bag “Uncrystallized” and “Our ginger is also uncrystallized which means it’s not coated or rolled with sugar” there is sure a lot of sugar in it. Check out the photo I attached, showing sugar in the ingredients list. My understanding is that raw ginger does not have any sugar in it, but this product is saying that 24g out of 42g serving is sugar. That’s a lot of added sugar!

Very Good
I bought uncrystallized ginger back in January from Costco (different brand) & loved it. Been back repeatedly to rebuy and seems they don’t carry it anymore so so glad I found this. The slices are thicker and bigger so not as much of the tiny pieces then before. Very good flavor!

Great taste at low cost
It is absolutely delicious. Wonderful ginger flavor shines through on each bite. Great value for the money also.

Wonderful ginger taste
I had my husband snip these into 3/8" pieces and added them to a basic sugar cookie recipe. OMG were they ever a hit with family and friends. They are my favorite cookie now.
