è molto bella l'idea e la chiave di lettura per colori, anni, belle le advertising storiche, etc.bello il fatto che sia in diverse lingue, anche se forse l'italiano ci poteva stare.. non capisco il fatto che le pagine centrali si possano staccare in tessere..insomma, comunque carino! e poi piuttosto unico per il tema che tratta

Fun, colorful exploration of the history of Formica. An interesting historical read, thorough, and worth adding to a library where you may have other topics of a similar nature. If you see the title and think "that looks interesting" just buy it--it is. :D

It's a great book, for some reason the glossy photo pages are all scored/ perforated? Are they supposed to be? I'm worried that it will get tatty easily because of this..

Bought this as a present, but coveted it for myself. It's comprehensive, full of fab imagery and beautifully produced. There are perforated colour chips, which you want to press out, but can't because it would spoil this lovely book.
