Best swimming headphones
This produt is to be used exclusively for swimming only. For regular use you can get other earbuds with better bass etc. at a lower price. I have 3 copies of this and they are lasting for more than 2 years. These are the following things I did to extend the lifetime of these earphones.1. Do not drag the earphone in water by holding it your hand and swimming. This will force water through the buttons inside and it will stop working. In case it slips out of your ear , stop swimming and adjust it to fit into your ears, then continue swimming.2. Do not charge it immediately after you finish a swimming session. Remove the eartips and gently tap it on a soft pillow or cloth bundle to shake the water for a minute and leave it to dry for a few days. Then charge it again. If you are daily swimmer then keep spare(s) and alternately use them.3. Most importantly, even if you do not using the earphones, compulsarily charge the earphone every 3 weeks or so in storage, so that the internal micro battery does not drain away and lose charge. There are 3 colors on the light. Green, Orange and RED ( very low charge ). Do not let the earphone get into RED charge state. Then it becomes very difficult to regain it.

Disappointed
Within 3 months, there are clicks and irritating background hiss when I play songs. Battery life is not good. Unfortunately I could not find any way to report the issue to Sony, since it is purchased from USA and being used in India.

Robust product quality, but average sound quality
Robust product. But audio quality is average. Base sound quality is weak.There is need for specific charger, once lost, the whole product is waste. Must integrate within main body only

No other alternative
Just bought my 3rd Sony waterproof walkman. They last only 3 years each. I have used them for 1 hour daily while swimming. Good acceptable sound underwater.No way to get it repaired, service centres dotn know how to fix them.
