I have been looking for that great balance of flavor and bitterness in an olive oil for a while. To my taste, this olive oil strikes it perfectly. Great buy. Definitely ordering again in the future.

I guess it is supposed to have a bitter, peppery finish. It is all that it says it is supposed to be but frankly I prefer the Costco extra virgin both for cooking and dressing. The flavor is more buttery and less bitter.

Loved this olive oil, would buy again but would only use for "special" salad dressings because of price.

Lovely on roasted vegetables and with a cold charcuterie plate, olives, cheese etc...Exactly what I was hoping for.

This is an exquisite olive oil with very smooth texture and a very unique and bitter aftertaste. Highly recommend to taste it byitself.
