Hands down a great product i am exceptionally careful about what i take. i assumed I can go thru the change of life without having to take anything to assist my changing body and deal with menopausal symptoms particularly weight gain. I struggle with weight gain as it is and when I hit menopause oh boy did I instantly really feel the pounds sticking much more. When it comes to my own personal menopause experience I initially was consistently very emotional indeed heavy mood swings therefore eliminating any sort of motivation to exercise like I did prior to which had to do with 3x's a week. I actually think this product is helping me survive this period in my life without driving myself and my friends and family crazy

This product sucks. Didn't work as stated whatsoever. Beware of products that haven't been approved by the FDA...I probably bought grounded up rice, in other words, garbage. Wish I could've given it a zero stars, but they make you choose at least one.

Yet an other waste of money, nothing, no weight loss or even suppress my appetite, took faithly as directed, in fact took a 2mile brisk walk following taking my 2 caps, with water, than came home and had lunch. Will not buy again

I used the Garcinia Cambogia with Forskolin and it really suppressed my appetite, so much so I have forgotten to eat dinner because I was not hungry. I certainly know it is better to eat a good dinner of at least protein & vegetables so pay attention to your meal intake. I had to start writing down my daily food intake so I didn't skip any more meals by accident.
