super..i m so happy to use it.before buying this one i ordered and returned 2 toilet stools.that was poor in quality.but this one is very useful,comfortable and good quuality according to the prize

Stability of the patient
This is quite useful and sturdy item . I have following suggestion to improve it further1 The removable tray / bucket , if sitting from top , cannot be removed or put if patient is sitting . It should be made removable from below . I have modified it and attached the photo .2 The back rest is too narrow . It hurts . If it can be covered with a cushion or made wider it will be more comfortable

Bad packaging & Starts rusting in a month!
Received the item with one of the arm rest handles broken and completely detached during transportation! Not comparable at all to the packaging you'd normally receive through Amazon.The painting is not that great and it starts to rust after only a month or two of usage. Does NOT look like it would last long. Been using it for 4 months now - will have to see how long it survives without breaking down completely.Otherwise the product is decent - if they worked on better packaging and rust-free painting, would be a 5 start product!

Super purchase
Everything in chair was good but delivered with missing chair leg boots on leftside. So please careful when receive this item please check in front of delivery boy. Other than that everything good. Build quality was good.

Very bad product and not even for 80-85 kgs of weight people
Its a very very bad product, dont buy this one as it was mentioned that it can weight till 100kgs but the screw nut are not that much strong to handle even 80-85 kgs, the seat got detached from the nuts. We bought it for my mother but its very disappointing that within 2 months it got broken. Before i submit i was asking for rating but i wont even give 1 start but without selecting the start it will not get submitted.

Not good quality
The product quality is not good. It got rusted within some months. The pipes are thin and after rusted, there is a real danger of users falling.
