At first I thought it was designed only for those who are on ketogenic diet, but it turned out that it even worked for me. This supplement contains caffeine, so make sure you don't drink too much coffee while on these caps. Instead of coffee I drank more water and saw the results within first week. Not sure how much exactly I lost because I was also on my diet, but I definetely felt it helped.

this product might have worked on some people but this almost killed me.... maybe its because i cant drink coffee and this product is full of caffeine. i just took 1 pill.... i started out with shoulder pain and coldness on my hand and shoulder, then my arms and face started to feel numb, my lips started to tingle and my legs started to get cold as well,,,,,, omg i was so scared i took out my feet massager and started running on top of it,i pricked my fingers to get the blood circulation going (im asian, and this works while massaging my hands and fingers), i was massaging everywhere when i felt a little better i went to sleep.... the next day my heart felt strained? it started to hurt when i breath to hard or move my upper body so i took a bed rest all day and thought if i dont get better by tomorrow ill go to the hospital, luckily the next day it started to get better took 4 days but each day i got better.... ..thank lord... i dont think i am going to try pills any more.. this experience really scared me.

I have been taking it for a month. Started out 2 capsules a day (lunch & dinner) for three days and the side effects were a bit overwhelming. I cut down to one cap before lunch time (Mon to Fri only). I work in an office and sit 8 hours a day. I really like these, they performed well. when I first tried them I thought that they would make me hyper and nervous, But They seem to make me focus and they gave me a little energy.And they really control my appetite, I ate a lot less. And I have loss some weight. But I sense I am working most the time,I don't have time to walk or exercise like I want to. I know if I did I would lose more weight. I really like this product.
