Xylitol brands
This is the best xylitol I've ever had and I've had a few over a period of 9 years of not eating processed sugar nor artificial sweeteners. Some brands of xylitol have tasted horrible and a waste of money, some were very hard on my digestive system. Overall, I have found the birch xylitols to taste better than the corns or fruits. This one is the very best when it comes to taste, cooking, hot drinks, dissolving in cold drinks with no after taste and no problem with digestion. The price isn't bad either. 😎

Gave Me Headaches
This looks and tastes just like sugar to me. I am giving it a 3 star only because of the headaches it brought on. I am very sad that Xylitol is not my answer. I recently cut my sugar intake down to 15 grams or less per day to lose weight. It has been a very successful lifestyle change. Maybe some people are not sensitive and won't get headaches. I also felt like I had more food cravings once I started using it. It may have been my imagination. Xylitol is just not for me.

Awesome for dental care
I only chew up and swish the Birch sugar for cleaning my teeth after I floss and brush. I've noticed big changes in my gums and tooth sensitivity. swollen, tender gums have quit and the tooth sensitivity is gone. better than any sensodyne. also has cut my plaque down to near nothing. I intend to keep using it. I don't swallow it, spit it out, but it tastes yummy. I highly recommend it.supposed to be careful not to let dogs get a hold of it, very dangerous for them.

Great Xylitol Product from USA Birch Trees!
Great product! I use it in my coffee and I cannot tell the difference between this and regular white granulated table sugar! Non-GMO birch tree xylitol of better for you than that made from corn...so this fits the bill! I recommend this product but fyi be careful your pets don't ingest anything that you use this in as it will have severe consequences and send pets into hypoglycemic shock.

buyer beware: the supplier is clearly low budget. mailed from a suite# in north las vegas. in a plastic ziplock sealed thermal seal low budget machine. with adhesive backed labels applied as need, i.e. this is NOT a volume supplier licensed by local authorities to do food supply business. and the backside nutritional facts label was poorly printed -- likely a poor quality photo copied master this supplies prints from a worn out laser printer on adhesive label paper. I SHOULD BE CONCERNED!!! I GOING TO CONSUME THIS STUFF -- OF UNKNOWN QUALITY!!!AMAZON SHOULD VET THEIR FOOD SUPPLIERS. HELL, ANY PSYCHOPATH COULD START AN AMAZON STORE AND SUPPLY ADULTERATED CONSUMABLES!!! WHAT KIND OF CHECKS DOES WAL-MART HAVE FOR THEIR VENDORS? *******BUYER BEWARE******

Tastes nothing like a birch tree
I was delighted to taste the sweet "real" of this product and know I'm doing my family teeth a bit of good. Although made from birch, this product nothing like the birch trees I ate out on my mountain hikes. Impressive!

A wonderful sugar substitute!
I purchased this product to help me drink bulletproof coffee. Still can't get that past my taste buds, but I use Birch Xylitol in my regular coffee and it's good and is helping me in my struggle to get off of sugar! I like this better than the corn Xylitol and will purchase this again!

Works well!
I used this to make toothpaste and it worked well. It is fine enough to mix in with the other ingredients and not leave it gritty. It also adds sweetness to the mix but it is really good for your teeth, unlike white sugar. It would probably work well for other purposes also, but I can't really give an opinion about that as I only used it for the one purpose.
