I had wanted to wear this more often than not, but its bulkiness is really a deterrent. Straps are at least 1" thick when item is put on and straps are adjusted closed. Get the picture? Since my upper back is large because of my incorrect posture, this bulkiness only contributes to the wide shoulder/large upper back look. Yeah, it's not too uncomfortable, tu I only wear it indoors, mostly while sitting at my computer. And I didn't buy it to relieve pain, so no stars for that aspect of it. But, still, it's a disappointment, so glad it wasn't pricey.

Works if you dont have to move around alot. Got this for work. Well I can't really use it at work. I'm constantly adjusting the straps that come undone due to all the movement my job requires. I've started to just use this when lounging around at home.

I purchased this for my husband because he has a big problem with slouching over. Unfortunately you can even see it in our wedding pictures. He's tried to fix it by going to a physical therapist but exercises havent really helped because he falls off the wagon. I make him put the posture brace on every day whether he likes it or not right when he gets back from work. He'll never say that i'm right but the fact that keeps putting it on tells me he thinks its working I'm going to make sure that he doesn't fail with this one.

I love this product. I found it to be an amazing investment. I am barber, also acquired a hump curve in my back and today I am proud to say this product had increased my body posture so much you would think I had surgery. I no longer have aches and pains from my many positions cutting hair. I also introduced the product to my fellow workmen and women and they too are loving the comfort relief of back aches while working. I give the product above stars 💪👍

After the recommended short trial period, I use it the entire day. I'm tired of by bedtime, but not uncomfortable during the day. I increased the tension @ one inch on each strap each week for the first month and the same every three weeks thereafter. In addition to maintaining tension, it's presence is also a reminder to straighten your back and lift your head on your own. The system makes a positive contribution to my attempt to maintain good physical fitness now past my 80th year.

I loved this back brace. And although I still occasionally wear it, it does stretch out and no longer fits as well as it once did. I've had this product 2 months.

It is a little uncomfortable to wear and makes clothes look terrible. But, it does what it is supposed to do - corrects the posture.

Doesnt really give support like I thought. And very very uncomfortable in the armpit area. Takes 2 people to put on and adjust.
