This is a good one to brush up your basic knowledge of electronics..Analog portion is fully covered in lucid way & is quite enough for PSU and IES exam.Digital part is satisfactory & covers syllabus of your graduation level.

This is a very nice book. And I recommend it to those, who want to know how basic circuits are properly designed. Interesting examples are presented and it is not boring to read. I like this book and would appreciate a hardcover edition.
