I was very impressed with the presentation and the various ways can present this gift to the receive (included cute gift bag with tissue paper, box, smaller bag to use depending on how you will be gifting this necklace). The offer to exchange for better length of necklace was an added surprise as well. The chain is dainty yet presents well. Overall great product and would buy again.

Beautiful necklace and sentiment. My only issue is that the chain was pieced together... The link used to piece it together was quite a bit bigger that the links in the main chain. I found it very noticeable, but my mother in law didn't see so that's good.
