confusing review from me. I would like to give the screen a 5 star review because of how awesome it is. Comes with IR, RF and Wired remotes to suit your needs. Easy to install (need at least 2 people).I give 3 stars to the way amazon has this screen setup on amazon. So since Amazon fulfills this order, here is what happened. First screen I got, I mounted it on the ceiling, which is how it works best, then used the remote to unroll it. It came in smoothly half way, then just zipped down. Luckily it didn't fall off with the impact. Then it wouldn't roll up, despite the motor noise. I wanted to replace the item, but Amazon doesn't have that option, so I had to return it, and order another one. Got refund for the return almost 20 days later.The second one looked good in the packing, so I again mounted it on the ceiling (which is easy, but lot of work since this is a heavy screen). Put batteries in the remote, and GO ... it rolled down slowly, as it is supposed to. Worked perfectly, however when it came down, I noticed a rip at the bottom of the screen. So now, I can't contact the company and do something about it (compensate, fix, etc), so my option is to return it again, and buy another one again, and go through the process. But since the rip is at the bottom and doesn't interfere with the viewing, I am just going to suck it up and keep it. At least it works.Quality of screen is awesome, I watch HD and 3D movies, and it looks like you are sitting at IMAX

The screen worked great for 5 years only using it once a week. Kinda disappointed in that it died after using it just 250 times.

Wish we could have found a black framed one, but no matter- this is an awesome screen. Works great, looks great, no creasing or warping after many many months of daily use. We are very happy with this.

This screen is not as big as is suggested by the dimensions. The product dimensions are described as 2.77m wide - it is not.The screen size is not as big as I expected - only when you read the small print do you realise it is 72" wide but 96" drop. I thought I was buying a screen of almost 3m width and find I have one that is only just over 2m.
