Junk
Pure and simple: they do not keep liquid warm in a mug. I put 1/8 inch hot water in bottom of mug and left it on the fully warmed up warmer plate. I came back one half hour later and the liquid was bordering on cool, though slightly warm. Also: the plug will not seat in a receptacle tight enough to stay there and comes loose often. People should be embarrassed to put such a product out

Good enough, but not the safest.
Perfectly functional mug warmer. Gets plenty warm, but not dangerously hot. Easy to use and to read, lighted on/off switch. My only complaint is that the plug is not polarized, nor does it fit very snugly in a standard US electrical socket (it's very easy to pull out with even a slight tug on the cord). This makes the device less safe than it would be otherwise, but hasn't caused me any problems in using it.

Desktop warmer
Not only was it late getting here "On a slow boat from China" the cord never stayed in the plug * it cracked...........never got to use it properly so I threw it out. Never again will I order from China.

Don't bother. Cheap junk. No quality control.
I ordered 4. 1 didn't work at all. 2 were just warn to the touch and 1 a little to warm to touch but not hot enough to keep a coffee cup warm. Worthless.

Cheap piece of junk
Didn't get hot enough to keep anything warm. Cheap piece of plastic, most worthless thing I've ever bought online. Don't even think about it.
