Beautiful little book.

A great find, love the recipes even if some of them I will never cook. A super book for my collection.

Love the recipes...brings back memories from my childhood. Recipes are well written, easy to follow. Pictures are nice too. The quality of the paper could be better, and that would automatically make the print better too...overall, I find the book very useful. It is a good guide to Kashmiri cuisine, & a nice book just to open & look through.
