These bands are soft and resistant to tearing or stretching. They hold their shape and assist in a steady, healthy workout. I bought these bands because of sciatica and I needed to exercise without pain and or injury, these bands do the job. I feel much better and I don't have the pain I had before. These bands do not pinch or cause discomfort to bare skin. I have undergone other treatment but without these bands the treatment would not have been as effective. I would strongly recommend these bands for anyone who wants to strengthen weak muscles and ligaments.

These bands are very thin and do a terrible job staying in place. They rise up very easily which is annoying. I compare these to comfortableness of wearing a loose fitted strapless bra.

I got these b/c my doctor said that I have muscle weakness (caused by an auto accident). These bands really help get in there. Due to the muscle weakness, I favor the light weight one. The stretch of bands are really good. The snap back tension is awesome. You won't stretch too wide. You will have good control when making butterflies with these bands. They do give you a challenge. As the strength of the bands go up, the bands get thicker. The thickness seems to be just the right amount to deliver a good work out. I've used other bands in the past. I really like these.

I bought these bands because I recently had knee surgery. I have to a lot of lateral movement exercises that I typically do at the gym to use the bands. I bought these and am very happy with them. Nothing special, but they do everything they need to do without being super expensive. There are several different resistances so you can work your way up as needed.

I love that each resistant band is different colors depending on the strength makes it so much easier and less complicated. The product is such good quality and the bands are strong. I'm disappointed with the purchase. I bought the product because I thought I would receive four bands but I only got three. The heavy band was not included in my package. It is annoying because the other bands are too light and the extra heavy one is too heavy. The product is great as it is very flexible and it serves its purpose, but I am upset with the misinformation. I would return the package, but I don't want to go through the hassle. I'm not a satisfied customer.

I am happy with these bands. Originally, I was quite worried that cheaper bands mean poor quality, but I was totally wrong.
