Thought it was just a book of designs which one could use and transfer so will give it away to someone else with better eyesight. Not what I thought it was so a bit disappointed though nothing actually wrong with it and others may enjoy it. Just not for me

I just opened my kit and was glad to see that the floss is high quality DMC. Unfortunately, the skeins aren't labeled! Except for black (310) and red (666) which I know from experience, the other colors are a mystery. Seven of the 12 colors are brown/ tans, and figuring out which is which based on the patterns and pictures seems impossible. You'll have all the colors for the first project but it looks like every other project requires colors not included. Such an obvious oversight. Returning :0(

This kit does not have all the thread colors you need to do all the artwork. For example, several blue shades are required to complete "Starry Night," but only a basic blue is provided. I am returning this.
