This book, which is written by an Australian Swami recycles information from many better known books. If you are looking at this book for deeper insight into Svadhisthana chakra you will not find it here. This book is very short, and is more like a chapter in any substantial book on the chakras. A waste of time and money.

Rishi Nityabodhananda has done a good job his examples could send visual understanding of the Chakra. He could have written the book with more stuff from the ancient text.The quest for advanced material in a systematic alignment was needed ok .This book is informative i feel the text could have been more about the innerworld like how he does in Dharana darshan.However this is wonderful for use of those who just pick up the book at random and than go from chakra to chakra by hook of a book.The book cover is well perceived with the lotus the alligator tail & the moon crust all images of SWADHISTHANA.The book is finally woven into teaching the experience of inner life which one may have little clarity if a Guru was not around.The chapters give a trust to the meditator on the journey to the inner space a trust that the path exists

Excellent and detailed information on the chakra, must read for pupils of kundalini yoga..
