Perfect 1-2 egg pan. Exactly what I wanted. I needed to replace another single fried egg pan and this was exactly it. Good coating, heats super fast, cools fast, and I like the silicone costed handle just fine. You can cook two eggs max, but you have to lower the heat a bit. Makes them perfect for breakfast sandwiches.

I absolutely love this pan. It is totally awesome! I put in a tiny bit of butter and cracked an egg in it and with it on low heat (3) it cooked so nice! As the egg turned white and then started bubbling a little bit it was ready to eat! Yummy, it was fast!Really glad I got this. Had it saved for a while and finally decided to order it. Its just as nice as my other Blue Diamond pans. Low heat and fun times!Maybe I will try it with 2 eggs, but 1 egg was great today 😋 I didn't even need a turner to get it out. I could move it around in the pan by shaking the pan a little and slide it out on a plate! 🍽

These blue diamond pans are the greatest! I bought this one as a wedding gift because I have the 10 inch one and love it. You have to treat it right (ask Google or AI for care directions and you'll get a better set of directions than Blue Diamond tells you on the package). The most important things are to not heat on a stovetop over Medium heat, and to always use one of those white magic eraser sponges to clean it because a regular sponge can wear off the coating. I've had my 10 inch pan for about a year. I use it daily and it's still as good as new.

I just replaced my 7 year old Blue Diamond as it lost its nonstick ability. However I used it 4-7 times a week so it definitely was worth it. Great size for one pan meals and my favorite cooking pan of all.

The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is because this pan is wider than average. Consequently, some parts of it are untouched by the burner. This hasn’t cause any real issues, and on a positive note, it is nice for fitting larger dimensions of food. But washing it, and storing it, along with what I mentioned about surface area exceeding the burner’s scope make it a four out of five - even though the non-stick aspect is exceptionally good.

Great quality, great look, smooth and level bottom, cooks evenly, safe nonstick coating, no chemical smell, easy to clean, highly recommend.

I purchased two new blue skillets this one is tiny, but can cook two eggs. This one egg pan is slick and no stick. It also will hold one hamburger patty with onions on top, one frozen waffle, 2 if you flip them. Heat distribution The surface is so smooth that a one egg omelet with peppers and cheese is easily done. Both the non stick cooking surface and the dark blue outer pan surface are easily cleaned with a sponge. The handle is covered with a rubber grip and no pot holder is needed. It was a good purchase for my needs and I do like it 5 stars.

I bought this pan for a more durable saute pan. Little did I pay attention to, was the fact this pan was, what the description read, JUMBO (5 qt) I thought about returning to get a smaller size but after using it several times, ot is now my go to for every meal. It is deep and holds a great amount of food that doesn't spill over the top of the pot. I was worried it wouldn't fit the stove eye but it does, and it has even heat distribution. This pan is versatile in, not only can I cook, side dishes. But I can cook whole meals inside one dish, medium- large sized meat options. You can fry chicken in this pan. It can serve as a baking dish. I also love that it is non-stick as well. Great quality product!
