The product arrived before it was supposed to, no problem there.Shame there isn't an option 0 star.The mesh is so badly cut that it made it impossible to put up without looking extremely messy, it looks awful. It is an appalling way to cut the product; not professional at all, a 5-year-old would have done a better job!It is also not 5mx 5m but more 5m x 1.5/2m.I asked for a refund and wasted an afternoon trying to make it fit but looks so bad, we 're going to have to take it all down again and find another solution, seller.Update: The seller is refusing to acknowledge there is an issue with the product and had the arrogance to tell me I basically didn't read the instructions nor was able to see the 4 corners (which have green twine attached to them, so can't really miss them): it's insulting! They accepted to refund but I have to pay to send back their defective product, which is appalling. So the only solution is the bin really as it is difficult to get to a post office (which is open in the current circumstances) and probably would cost around £5 to send a defective product back.

No more seagulls in the garden. Works well

Description states seagulls and pigeons but pigeons can get through the holes so I still have pigeons on my balcony daily. Requesting refund as not fit for purpose.
