Snow Daze
This was a good story and emphasized how a person with disabilities deals with life and love. The only thing I didn’t care for was the intimate scenes being so descriptive.

Sweet and quick
Dully is a special education teacher and Snow is a Dr and does research at the hospital. Snow has a disability and does not have time for a man in her life and thinks all men would be scared off by her wheelchair. Dully and Snow meet when they are trapped in an elevator together. Later the Minnesota blizzard keeps them stuck at Snow's house and Dully does his best to convince Snow that she deserves love. Will he win Snow's love and trust? This is an enjoyable, quick read with wonderful characters. I will definitely be reading the rest of the Snowberry Series!

Short…but well written…
As a person with a disability I was looking for romance books focusing those of us using wheelchairs. This book was short and the story moved too rapidly. Character development of Snow was great, but Dully needed a bit more. Overall, this was a good heartwarming story.

A heart warming start to the Christmas Season!
I’ve definitely become a fan of Mrs. Mettner’s work! I’m quickly working my way through all of her books! This one did not disappoint! I think the best part is the characters! I love love love the way she is not afraid to put characters who are true to life in her books! They live life, have problems, and find love just like in real life! But best of all, she doesn’t feel the need to make them perfect except for their special someone else! I love this book, and I know that you will too!

My first but not last Katie Mettner book!
This is the first First-person book I have been able to actually get "into" and read. I really really wanted to read this book when I read the Blurb. So I got a sample. When I saw it was first-person I almost quit reading it. I don't like first-person books at all. However the story line interested me and once I got comfortable reading it, I was hooked. Not only did I read this book all the way through (and LOVED it), I was hooked into reading all the rest of the Snowberry books. I have now read all but one of Katie Mettner's books and loved them all! She writes about "real" people and romance. I am hooked. If you love ROMANCE and falling in love with the characters as they fall in love with each other, you will love Katie's books.

Sweet and Steamy
4 STARS! Snow Daze by Katie Mettner is beyond sweet. The characters were such solid, beautiful people I cheered for them to get their HEA. Dully is a Special Ed teacher with a heart of gold. He rocks. Snow has a doctorate and a disability that would push away some suitors, but not heart-of-gold Dully. They have a chance encounter that piques both interest and hope. The rest was a giant leap of faith. I enjoyed reading about adults going about having an adult romance. And I wasn't expecting the steamy scenes! If you're looking for a total feel good holiday romance, check out The Gift. I first heard about this novella from Tobi at Forget the Housework, I'm Reading. I recommend reading more about the author because she has a wonderful mission.

Sweet and enjoyable
I love Christmas stories. I enjoyed Snow Daze but had some issues with it as well. It is a short Christmas story and reads extremely fast. So the first issue comes in with the insta -love romance between Dr Snow Daze and Dully Alexander, special education teacher. Being a short story, I guess it has to be insta-love or you'd end up with a full fledged novel. The other issue I had was that the story was written in Snow's POV and also in Dully's POV. Personally, I like a story told from one POV or the other. I dislike the confusion with the shift in characters POV unless it is specified by chapters. But that is a personal preference I'm sure.I did thoroughly enjoy the character of Dully. He was a character who knew his mind and his heart and he set about to win Snow's heart and make her his.The story was sweet and enjoyable, but I think it could have been developed with a tad more length, rather than feeling so rushed.

A sweet love story
This story was so sweet and the characters were amazing. I have recently falling in love with Katie Mettner's writing and this book did not let me down it only made me love her more. The characters are written well and it is so refreshing not to have everyone in the book be perfect. This is more like real life were the people have issues and imperfections. They have overcome trials and are fighting to keep moving forward with positive lives. In a world with so much hate and rudeness it is nice to be able to escape to the small town of Snowberry and emerge yourself into their world. I can't wait to move on to the next story in this series.
