Works great! However, unable to use on my Viking Epic 2 sewing machine as "metal" hoop. It did recognize it as the regular 200 x 200, so once I happened on that remedy it was super. There was a surprise...6 magnets instead of the 4 shown. Ordered one before this, but had to return it as it arrived bent. Not the company's fault, likely the shipping.

The magnets are strong enough to hold hard-to-hoop items in place. Very pleased.

Worked on Epic 2 however occasional registration errors observed in delicate stitching. No errors were noted with same design on normal hoop. No good for lace but general embroidery would be fine

I was skeptical at first but decided to at least try it out. So I used it the day it was delivered. My Topaz 50 recognized it without any problems!It's less than half the price quoted from the Viking dealer and it does make hooping faster and easier.

Works on my Ruby perfectly. Just select the corresponding regular hoop size. Best price. Only thing missing is the centering marks that are on the name brand hoops. But easy enough to add with the template that comes with this and a Sharpie.

Product description did not mention this hoop capable of being used on a Jade 35 machine. However, due to the incorrect product description for Embroidex 200m x 200m claimed to fit the Jade 35, this hoop was also purchased due to the size match.Yes, you can put it on, but there is NO Room for the Hoop to move due to the small deck of the Jade 35.I was told to purchase ALL hoops for our new Jade 35 machine, so I did trusting the Amazon Description for the matching hoop, which was incorrect. The firmware on the Jade 35 does not mention this 200mm x 200mm (8 x 8) hoop. Discovered after the fact, the documentation included with the Jade 35 only shows 240mm x 150mm as MAX size. Left to right, anything larger than 150mm will not clear the right hand machine support. This hoop product description was ABSOLUTELY CORRECT. I assumed if the other [Embroidex] would fit, this one would also; wrong!

I like how easy it is to move the fabric, but the caveat is that the material will move when you don't want it to as well.

Eight magnets should be the norm. I have had to use the magnets from my other metal hoops.Using a metal hoop makes centering a design much easier than using a plastic hoop. No hope it is ok and adjusting. Thanks to the inventor of this hoop. More sizes please.
