Dark Chocolate Covered Almonds (1 Pound Bag)

I've never ordered this type of product online before so I had a few reservations and concern for the quality. Eventually, however I decided to go ahead and I am very glad I did. The product arrived with a cool pack to avoid the chocolate from melting, and sure enough every single piece of candy was in perfect condition. The almonds had a great taste, and the chocolate was top quality. My only regret is that they do not offer a milk chocolate variety here on amazon(in 1lb bag). Too bad.If you like almonds, and dark chocolate I definitely recommend buying from Superior nut Company.

I love dark chocolate covered almonds. I could eat them all day. These I could not eat all day. They are a strange variant of the candy. The chocolate has an odd flavor, not even certain that these are chocolate. The almonds have an odd flavor, not certain if these are almonds either. There is a sugary flavor to these as well, which should not be present in simple, chocolate covered almonds. While I will eat the rest of the bag, I won't purchase these again.

Pretty good! Good chocolate flavor. Seemed fresh. Only complaint for me personally is there was perhaps too much chocolate. I like a little higher nut to chocolate ratio. But I suspect I am in the minority there. I took a picture with a bisected morsel, next to a 1979 penny for scale. (Why/how is that thing still in circulation??? Gross.)

These are actually healthy for you. Friends steered us on to these when we went to their house and they were sitting on the dining room table. The Dark chocolate with almonds. Needless to say, I dove into that jar! A small hand full before bed I believe even helped me sleep better. Superior Nut Co. has specialized in good quality chocolates and nuts. A family owned company that has existed for more than 60 years.

This product is not what I claims to be. I hate waxy taste of it, came in a sealed bag that has a ziplock on top of it. They misguide you with ingredients! it has CORN SYRUP in it and is not listed in the ingredients they list here in amazon:IngredientsChocolate (sugar, chocolate liquor, cocoa butter, soy lecithin(an emulsifier), vanillin), almonds, sugar, confectioner's glaze, gum arabic. KDDo not buy this crappy product, make your own, I know they are waxing them so they last longer in the shelf because some of the reviews say they got stale and rancid almonds.

I ordered these in December and they came in really quickly wrapped in a plastic wrap inside a red metal container.I've been saving them for Christmas but they taste so good I can't quite stop eating them.They're very good quality. Nothing like chocolate covered treats you would get in various supermarkets.Chocolate melts nicely, and gives you a very rich chocolate taste. Inside there is a whole almond also of very good quality.Highly recommended!

We just received our package and the quality is great but 1/3 of the chocolate was melted and we were able to chunk it into pieces after putting it in the fridge for half an hour. We will order again in the fall or winter so the melting is not a problem.The company does try to protect it from melting and tells you in an email after your order is placed, there is not a refund if it should happen. The temp was around 100 today so the melting was not a huge surprise and not so terrible anyway.Thanks for a yummy dark chocolate product.
