Any methods to make work or do I need a refund? break this one and turn into something worthy.
Speakers great, lightings great. Front speaker amazing!But,The dang battery function is starting to piss me off. Every other time I turn on the external battery in case, my phone starts dinging like crazy like I’m rapidly plugging it in and then unplugging over and over again. EXTREMELY ANNOYING. My “go to” wants in a case is good battery back, front facing speaker, and all LEDs on back phone (not under screen). Plusses woulda been some armor and external speakers. good potential here but with only one case to judge, I’m finding disappointment. iPhone 7 Plus. Fits perfect, charger slides right in.

Not very durable
This makes the phone weigh almost 5 pounds. The sound quality leaves a lot to be desired. It does get loud, just very scratchy. The worst part is after hitting the ground 1 time it was done for. The best feature on this, sadly, is the flashlight...it is flippin bright. Other than that, for this price I would pass on it in the future. Itd be worth it at the $35 price range maybe.

Comes with no instructions
Speaker and music light did not work, unit very Heavy Duty metal, is heavy, comes with no instructions, only could get the flash light and the batter pack to work, case seems to cover up external headphone jack on the 6S plus.
