We have recently developed a problem with tiny flies. We can't tell whether they are fruit flies or gnats, but they are embarrassing when we have guests visiting and downright annoying even when we don't. We've tried commercial solutions to remove the pests and we've tried home remedies as well. Both have managed to catch some of the flies, but many more simply ignore the solutions.The PESTKING Electric Insect Trap has worked best. The light attracts the flies, the fan sucks them in and the included glue paper traps them. When the paper becomes full, you simply throw it away (bugs included) and put a new paper in the unit.There are two modes. An Intelligent Mode and a Captive Mode. The Captive Mode runs the unit continuously. The Intelligent Mode supposedly keeps the unit off until a fly or mosquito is nearby. The unit's light is bright and the fan is noisy, so the Intelligent Mode might be best. However, the tiny flies that we had were too small to trigger the unit, so we left it in Captive Mode.After a few days, the number of tiny flies trapped on the paper increased and the number of tiny flies still flying around was significantly reduced. That made the PESTKING Electric Insect Trap better than any other solution that we've used to get rid of these pests.

We had some construction work at our house and the contractors had to leave the door open all day long. My wife and daughter were getting bitten every evening inside the house. The bugs were small and hard to catch. After I purchased one to try it was fantastic. Caught 7 mosquito in the first day! The great thing about the sticky pad is you can count how many bugs are in it so you know if there was a new one each day. I just placed it where ever we saw some mosquitos and left it in that part of the room. Worked perfectly. My wife was getting bitten while watching TV the first day then after we got the unit and placed it a few feet from her, she was no longer getting bitten and we can see after a few hours the culprit that was biting her is stuck on the sticky pad. I was so happy with it I bought a second one and placed it in my daughters room and ran it all day while she was at school. Sure enough, caught several mosquito!

This product has been a lifesaver. My husband eats tons of fruits that are not refrigerated. As a result, we started getting lots of gnats which drive me crazy. This device has helped clear the gnats out of my home. It’s quiet and efficient. The sticky pads work like a charm. This device also serves as a great night light when grabbing a midnight snack. It also pulled in mosquitos, love bugs when they were in season and got into the him, and other miscellaneous flying objects. To help this product succeed you will need to eat your fruits in a timely manner before they go bad and buy less during each week so that they do not go bad quickly. This will help ensure that you’re eliminating what attracts them and allowing the device to kill what’s left.

We had a gnat problem in our living room steaming from our plants by the window, seems that they like the damp soil and enjoy flying around food and open drinks, they are so small and tricky to swat that i had to invest in a serial killer. Its mains powered or USB and does not look out of place where ever you place it. Best results are achieved over night as the cool like attracts the little buggers and sucks them to a sticky cardboard plate at the bottom, once stuck they can not fly out and get revenge on you, they just sit there to think about there mistake.

Was pretty desperate about my fruit fly problem, so I ordered this all the way to Europe. The reviews looked good, product looked promising and shipping wasn’t that bad. Well, I am truly disappointed to say the least. The product is sooo low quality: the buttons are in I assume Chinese(?) (as can be seen in my picture) and the glue boards are already falling apart near the edges. I can just scratch away the logo on the product with my fingernail. Okay, design aside, how does it work? Well, it does not work!! My kitchen is still covered in fruit flies and literally every DIY trap has caught more bugs that this expensive trap. I have had it on 24/7 and nothing! Literally no bugs at all!I think this is my first and last time I order a product like this from outside of Europe. Very disappointing!!!!

I bought this because I have a lot of issues with flies getting inside my house. I needed something for inside to try and help with the problem since all the things I tried weren’t really a lot of help to me. I really like this item it has helped resolve my fly and other insect issues. It comes with an ac adapter can use anywhere in your home and easy to store when not in use. Easy use and comes with directions also to disassemble for cleaning. I really enjoy this item and consider buying another one for other rooms in my home.

I have several problems with this product. Firstly, it just doesnt work, no matter where I place it and how I use it. My homemade ACV traps are far more effective than this and for the price being nearly 40 dollars, it is very disappointing. I noticed that the wall plug gets hot very easily (like after an hour of use) and it seems to be unregulated (there’s no UL or ETL logo on it). I dont feel safe using it for more than a few hours – I honestly fear that it will catch on fire. Well, what more could be wrong? As it all seemed to be sketchy, I let my sister check the trap out. She works for the Environmental Protection Agency and she pointed out that the trap’s package does not have a „EPA Establishment“ number, which means that it is against the law to even sell this and it may be dangerous!! It is honestly shocking that Amazon would allow something like this to be sold!

I've been using this product nonstop to deal with constant fruit flies and gnats. This does a great job of killing large numbers of the bugs. The only challenge is that you pretty much have to disassemble it to clean the dust that accumulates on it, and it is very difficult to reassemble.
