These gourmet breadsticks are crafted in the Italian region of Piedmont. Giacomo Bertolone founded his bakery in 1860, and quickly became well-known for his breadsticks and flatbreads. These breadsticks, or "grissini," are handmade in small batches using traditional artisan methods and only the finest ingredients. The result is a crunchy, satisfying cracker that is delightful alone, or in combination with a wide variety of other fine foods. Our Apple Balsamic Grissini are brushed with authentic Malpighi Apple Balsamic Vinegar, which offers a light tartness to the subtle flavor of our breadsticks.
