I love this ball! It’s great to use on my back, shoulders, hip and feet. The 4-speeds offer a comfortable vibration from light to deep. It’s helped me relax through many aches and pains. Not to mention my most recent injury, dislocated back rib, which, I was able to get the vibrating ball to helpme relax enough for the rib to go back in place.

Me and my wife do all day hikes/backpacking and Im training for a marathon so our legs and back are needing some therapy when we get home. We purchased the therapy ball to add to our arsenal of home massage products. We are please so far because we can get deeper and can pinpoint knots better than just using the foam roller. The ball feels heavy and the quality feels good so far. The vibrating strength goes from light to extremely strong and I would definitely recommend if you are looking to get in deeper than just the Foam Roller.

It hard to move to the correct spot without some one to help. Something (i.e.. a bag of some sort) would make it more manageable for a person especially that lives alone. After finished the sore spots do feel better.

Love this thing!I recently had a total knee replacement and this has really helped in those painful first 3 weeks.It's also great for sore back, neck, arms, whatever. And, as a bonus, kids seem to really love it, too!The build is solid, heavy, and everything about it looks expensive. So far, seems like a real quality product.If you're looking at something like this, I don't think you'll be disappointed in this one.

Meh, just ok. Definitely not comparable to the more expensive versions however my athletic kids think it feels great on tight muscles. Just not enough actual strength to feel like anything other than shaking for adults.

This ball has definitely helped my back and leg pain. It provides great relief after a long day of work. It is so compact as well - I can take it with me anywhere and roll out any muscle that is sore.It's definitely worth the purchase. I was also quite pleased with the great customer service I received when I called to ask about how to clean and maintain the massage ball.

This ball has stopped working after 6 months I did can even charge it I can't talk to anyone about it this is very very sad

This ball seems to work well but has a massive design flaw. The unit turns off extremely easily while you’re moving. If you don’t move or have the ball rolling it shouldn’t be a problem. The product is said to have a two second delay on the off switch but on mine there is no delay, which makes it difficult to use. I bought this as a cheap replacement of TB12 ball

Each charge lasts about 2-3 uses. You cannot use it for more than 10 min at a time, or it will burn out (according to instructions)The texture is not the best, there are others with a better texture for massages. Not sure how long this will last. One of this type lasted me 3 uses. This one I have just used it in total for about 90 min, on 9 different occasions (10min each).
