Lightly weighed silverware
This set of silverware is great for someone with disabilities, that has trouble holding small utensils. The large handles are great and sit well on the plate or table. They are not weighted enough for someone with moderate to severe Parkinson's, as the food is easily shaken off the utensils.

Crippled hands
I have limited use of both hands. The silverware felt balanced right and the handle was perfect as far as ease of grip and use. I'll be buying more soon.

Overcame doubt
My mother in law has multiple health issues which have left her with very shaky hands to the point that it is difficult for her to eat at times, especially foods such as cereal and soup. She was reluctant to try these utensils, but once we ordered them and she used them a couple of times, she had to admit that they help tremendously. As a caregiver, it is incredibly satisfying to know that I've found a product that helps her so much.

These utensils are weighted, that help alot.
These eating utensils are great. I would have given them 5 Stars, if if the handles were round, which would make them easier to hold. The handles are like a long rectangle Flat on top and bottom and about 1/2" inch thick. Makes them a little awkward to hold, if you have hand issues like I do. Other than that they're great. I definitely recommend these. Maybe using them more, my hands will get used to them. And that is very possible. Micky D.

Stability
Purchased these for my dad because he shakes so much and it’s hard for him to keep food on utensils

Not any good
I am very sorry to say this is the first time I have been very unsatisfied with a product that I have ordered online. These utensils are worthless. I have ink pens that have more weight to them than these utensils do. I do not believe in returning items. I have washed them and will let my grandchildren play with them in their sandbox. So sorry as this is the first bad review I have ever done.

Perfect weight for my mom
My mom has numbness in her hands, caused by severe spinal stenosis and nerve damage from carpal tunnel. She needs the wide handles of adaptive utensils, but the regular ones are too lightweight for her to hold on to. We tried other weighted adaptive utensils, but they were so heavy she could not hold and lift them. However, these are much better. They have the wide handles, but they seem to be a similar weight to regular silverware. She is able to feed herself with these.

Exceptional quality and practical at the same time.
Handling standard utensils is no longer an option for my Mom. Since she's been using the UrbanRed Weighted Utensils she has been eating more AND eating more independently. Great design.

Very good if you have tremors

Well constructed
Although we sent the item back. Well constructed and easy to handle. Only down fall and reason for returning was the weight was not heavy enough to stop the hand tremors

Happy decent quality Helps some
Spoons are very shallow. Use them and throw them in dishwasher they are great. The lessened Dads tremors a bit but also helps him hang onto them with his arthritis.

Not bad
I'm giving this product a 3 star only because they are not heavy enough. The product itself is very comfortable to work with though.
