Great TV
I love this television. I know some people have written some bad reviews, but my television arrived in pristine packaging and is situated in my family room. I have had none of the issues since I received it a few months ago. Thank you Visio and a special thank you to the vendor.

Tv keeps restarting every 5-15 minutes . Visio support was no help
The picture is good enough and the tv has a very thin, attractive frame. The problem is that all content, across all platforms, cut off every 5-15 minutes back to the home screen and the tv froze often. Visio tech support was incompetent. I would have preferred the return to be handled more readily and will avoid third party sellers in the future because of it.

Disappointed!
Tech took tv out of box to setup and the screen was badly cracked.

Once everthing was settle(right tv)everything is great.I even told a friend about this type of tv.

An incredible buy!!
We purchased this TV, it's the 4th Vizio we have added to our home and this model does all it's promised. I really could not find anything negative to write about it. We had it delivered and I give the packing 5 stars, it was perfect and the thought process in getting it safely unpacked and setup is the best I have ever seen. As a previous Best Buy store director as well as Office Depot store Director I have seen pretty much every thing that can go wrong with all brands. This 55 inch makes it so simple if I were still having the pleasure of getting yelled at by customers it would truly be with a grain of salt! Do I sound over the top? In this case it is deserved. I did buy the warranty for it as with a price like this, why not?

1 Year warranty on Vizio TVs and poor reliability makes Vizio a bad buy
Unit was purchased Nov of 2018, so i've had the TV for under 2 years.I've had my TV with a faulty display for a short while now and tried to reach out to vizio support.Unfortunately the manufacturing process does not allow Vizio to provide a 2 year warranty since they are a budget tv manufacturer. They only offer a 1 year warranty on a 4k hdr tv.Not sure why the company is this way but I'll stick to actual, reliable TV manufacturers in the future so I have something that works good rather than something that kind of mostly works.Overall I am disappointed in both the TV quality and the way that Vizio support handled my issue.

Garbage.
Backlight on screen is dead after 1 year; probably just needs to be changed, but I hated this TV from the day I bought it for other reasons, so will just throw it away.Save your money for a quality product.

SmartCast no funciona en México
La pantalla está bien, pero tiene una aplicación "Smartcast" que no está disponible en México y es complicado poder entrar a las aplicaciones (YouTube,Yahoo, etc.). He tenido varias Vizio pero modelos más atrasados y no había tenido este problema.
